Primary Operations:
  • High Speed CNC Turning of Brass, Aluminum, Titanium, Bronze, Stainless Steel, Monel, Inconel, Copper
  • Bar Stock from 1/8" up to 1 5/8" diameter
  • Slug Size up to 3" diameter x 6" long
  • Surface finish to 16 micro inches

Secondary Operations:
  • Drilling, Counterboring, Punching, Buffing & Polishing, Tumbling, Tapping, Sanding, Milling, Grinding, Reaming, Countersinking

Inspection:

Our inspection program is comparable to MIL-STD-105D. In addition, we also will work with your Q.C. department to design a specific inspection program to meet your needs.
