Contact Forms Available

Multiple combinations of contact forms may be stacked in each of the four operating quadrants of the switch

a. All contact forms are shown unoperated. In a three position switch, the contacts are unoperated when the lever is in the neutral position. Since a two position switch does not have a neutral (0° position), the contacts in switch position 2 are considered unoperated when the lever is in position 1. The contacts in switch position 1 are unoperated when the lever is in position 2.

b. Contact springs may be adjusted for a required sequence of action (progressive action, break before make, and make before break).

c. Forms F and G may be used only on certain three position switches since a neutral and two operated positions are required.
