Important information required to provide an accurate quote

1. Series 4610 or 4650
2. Contacts required by basic form letter (A, B, etc.)
3. Location of the contacts on the switch by position, number and if on left or right side
4. Contact ratings (may be mixed on the same switch)
5. Lever action in both position 1 and position 2
6. Cam Code (Z1, Z2, Z3, etc.)
